Meagann is not only a knowledgeable and amazing coach but she is such an inspiration. She doesn't just say it; she lives it. She runs her gym, she has three kids, all the extracurriculars, a husband, a household to run, and she prioritizes her health (and theirs). You CAN do it.
I'm not new to lifting weights or working out or even eating right but I did it less and less and almost not at all while having my four babies. I started walking again after my youngest but wasn't really motivated beyond that. Then I met Meagann and tried a class at the gym. She renewed my love for lifting and continues to educate me on all the healthy things. The gym vibe is so supportive and encouraging. I feel and look better, am healthier, and I'm setting the best example for my kids. All my healthy habits and priorities carry over into my household. My fitness journey started in August 2018 after I had my second son and I was ready to lose the 20 lbs and feel like myself again. Meagann was a new mom as well so I felt like she knew where I was coming from and made me feel comfortable. At the beginning I could barely lift the barbell and I had to do push ups from my knees (which is all good). Hey, we all start somewhere!
I had never lifted or done crossfit before but I started working out on a regular basis and really enjoyed Meagann's variety of classes. Along with committing to working out 2-3x a week I also started eating healthier and understanding that our bodies are machines and that we do need carbs, protein and fat.
Trust me when I say that your results will come from 80% of what you put in your mouth.
I started to feel stronger, my clothes started to fit differently, I had more energy and was sleeping better. I made this change to be the best version of myself for my boys and family. I was very active growing up and I couldn't wait to show my boys what their mom was capable of. Along with being a mom, I also work remote sales full-time and I've become more confident at work which has made me more successful. I truly believe that it all starts with you and how you feel. Making the investment and driving across town (for me) is always worth it.
I'm so grateful for Meagann and the gym community she has created, it is so refreshing finding like-minded, happy, supportive and motivating people who show up for each other, work hard and like to have a good time!
I highly recommend Meagann's meal-preps that she offers, her challenges and the fun events many of us take part in throughout the year.

I’ve been training with Meagann for 7 years. I moved out of state the last 4 years and let myself get to a place where I wasn’t happy with my body. When I moved back in May 2024, I was at 35.4% body fat. I did her 6 week macro challenge and she helped whip me into shape not only through exercise but also by building a nutrition plan for me. I’m now sitting at 29.8% body fat. But that’s not the best part, the best part is I’m being thoughtful of what I’m putting into my body, I’m naturally making good choices for me, and my body CRAVES movement through exercise. I know that as long as I’m training with Meagann and following her nutrition advice, I’ll be healthy and feel strong!

As we generally are all aware, losing weight and getting in shape is usually a very difficult process. My personal journey towards that goal has by no means been any different than most with one terrific exception … I found what works for me!
Before finding Meagann, I experienced back issues, general fatigue and lack of energy. Since then … I found a program from a person who is committed to her clients, providing tremendous support through personal coaching and real time feedback. Meagann combines a detailed program which includes nutritional guidance and a professional approach to fitness which I have followed through her assistance each step of the way. I started working out at a gym taking weight and cardio classes. I’d taken these classes for years. Felt great but never really saw any change other than maintaining overall. I knew I wanted to change my workout. My coworker told me she does a weight training with Meagann. I asked for her contact information and I was excited but didn’t know what to expect.
I remember going to see Meagann for the first time. I have knee issues. I was walking with a limp due to pain. I was overweight and out of breath.
I started in May with 8 sessions. But then I felt I could do more and now I’m doing unlimited sessions. I have had a consistent schedule rain or shine. I have learned so much from Meagann. She has coached me in weight training, nutrition, and has challenged me. Her guidance and coaching has changed my lifestyle, mindset, nutrition, health and physique.
